As the Founder of SPL Techno Soft, she works with businesses to strengthen digital trust, compliance, online visibility, and sustainable growth strategies. Her work focuses on helping organizations build credible digital ecosystems through responsible marketing, search visibility optimization, compliance-focused practices, and long-term authority development.

Since 2012, she has also served as the Co-Founder of SalwarDunia, a global Indian ethnic wear brand serving customers across the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and other international markets. Through SalwarDunia, she has helped thousands of customers access premium Indian ethnic fashion with a strong focus on trust, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Recognizing the increasing impact of digital lifestyles, communication challenges, emotional overload, and online stress, Sanjana founded CalmBridge Wellness in 2026. The initiative focuses on emotional wellbeing awareness, communication understanding, lifestyle balance, and respectful wellness-focused conversations for women and girls.

To deepen her understanding of human behaviour, emotional awareness, and communication psychology, she is currently pursuing a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Psychology.
